communities all across the globe. This "wall" is very simply a way in which we can protect the vulnerable among us. As long as the names of these perpertrators remain unidentified we are all at risk. These people operate under our very noses in all the places we as a frum community meet. No place is safe: shuls, mikvaos, yeshivahs, and many more. Our Rabbis and leaders who we trust have refused over and over again to publicize the names of these people. How can we protect our families if we do not know from whom we are running? These names must be posted in as many places as possible, so that we can stop this cycle of pain and horror.
The silent voices of the victims cry out to us, how can we stand by and do nothing?
